Japan's {Koki Osaki} had plenty to prove when he stepped into the ring to challenge Chaitone for the interim Rajadamnern Super Bantamweight title. Originally scheduled to face reigning champion Petchsila, Osaki instead found himself matched with Chaitone after injury force the champion out of the bout.

The reigning RISE world champion was also looking to accomplish what other RISE champions could not. Both his brother, Kazuki Osaki, and Chadd Collins fell short in their attempts to capture Rajadamnern gold.
Chaitone came out strong, blasting kicks into Osaki and controlling the opening minute of the fight. As the distance closed, Osaki absorbed a crushing elbow down the middle that opened a large cut on his forehead, creating a difficult obstacle for the remainder of the scheduled five-round title fight.

Despite the setback, Osaki quickly found his range. A series of sharp left hooks rattled Chaitone before Osaki poured on the pressure, finishing the Thai with a barrage of punches.

With the interim title wrapped around his waist, Osaki wasted no time calling for a future title unification bout against Petchsila.
